the staff greeted us with warm smiles and attentive service. the pristine beach and clear water made our days relaxing. our room was cleaned daily, i noticed every detail was taken care of. i found the on-site water park fun, it kept us entertained.

the elevators were sometimes slow, especially during peak hours, though it never drastically impacted our plans.

The hotel includes a convenient on-site gift store with diverse products. watersports are available, great for engaging activities. a waterpark on the hotel provides family fun for everyone. It is exciting.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well-kept with comfortable beds. i enjoyed the variety of food options available. The asian restaurant offered surprisingly good cuisine. a strong wifi signal was available throughout the hotel, including the beach and pool areas.

the hotel's location, while close to the airport, is somewhat far from the main downtown attractions. this requires reliance on taxis for most excursions.

The main restaurant featured varied and tasty food. I found the asian restaurant especially good (the sushi was fresh!). the chefs deserve praise for maintaining high standards and offering multiple choices for every meal.

the beach was well-kept and easily accessible. the pool area offered ample space with multiple pools, also, the aqua park provided engaging entertainment for children. there were daily shows suitable for kids, beginning at 8 pm.

a mixed bag of experiences

small roomlimited terrace

the kids' club was disappointing. the room was very small, and there were no staff around when we went. i also found the dining setup could be better. the outdoor terrace felt too small, and it seemed smokers got more space than non-smokers (which i didn't like).
